The Truefull Qmax stands out for its unique open space that integrates the building with the local community. The architecture serves as a vista on the street, reminding passersby of homes and inviting them to explore. Drawing inspiration from verdant hills and grooving mountains, the design infuses natural elements into aesthetics, creating a new lifestyle.
Truefull Land's design philosophy respects nature and humanity. This is evident in the use of continuous French windows that introduce the outside scenery, connecting the interior and exterior spaces. The natural light and gentle color palettes create a sense of calmness and humility. The design is a testament to the team's commitment to environmental sustainability and human-centered design.
The Truefull Qmax is not just a residential building; it's a space that fosters community interaction. The building features public utilities like a reading room, gallery, gym, playroom, and yoga room. These spaces allow residents to build a domain of living within the neighborhood. Large-scale greenfields preserved as parks on both the north and south wings of the building offer a place for residents to communicate, further enhancing the sense of community.
Truefull Land's innovative approach extends to the technical specifications of the design. The lot size is 3715.66 square meters, with a total floor area of 46442.8 square meters. The design team includes Architect Wei Yen Liu, Interior Designer Yu Chuan Chang, Landscape Designer Pei Chiang Sun, and the Continental Development Corp. for construction.
The design process involved overcoming several challenges. The team had to design public utilities to meet various needs while maintaining a cozy living environment. They also had to separate the six units of the store on the south wing from the residency to ensure a convenient yet quiet ambiance. Despite these challenges, the team successfully created a space that elevates the concept of home, making it a place to be explored and cherished.
The Truefull Qmax is more than just a residential building; it's a testament to Truefull Land's commitment to innovative design, community building, and environmental sustainability. This project serves as a beacon of inspiration for future residential designs, proving that a home can be much more than just a place to live in.
